experience? We are seeking an organized Documentation Control Specialist to join our team in Sugar Land, TX. In this role, you will play a critical part in streamlining our Integrated Management System (IMS), building databases, and migrating processes into ISOLocity to ensure complete compliance across our Departments.salary:

High SchoolResponsibilities QMS & System Organization:
Create, retrieve, and electronically organize critical documentation using ISOLocity.Document Backlog Cleanup:
Collect, review, route for approvals, and post SOPs, Work Instructions (WIs), and test procedures in collaboration with department leaders.Database Management:
Build and maintain structured databases within ISOLocity for external standards, specifications, audits, and supplier management.CAR Workflow Optimization:
Migrate historical Corrective Action Request (CAR) data into ISOLocity. Develop, configure, and test the new electronic CAR workflow to align with ISO requirements. Review and update related WIs, forms, and procedures.Training & Implementation:
Train employees and process owners on new electronic CAR workflows, system functionality, and responsibilities.
