We are looking for someone with the ability to research topics, follow instructions, is able to work independently or with others, and who is organized. This is an in-office job. Remote work not available.
Requirements and skills:
Basic computer hardware knowledge Excellent written skills in English Attention to detail Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures Additional experience preferred but NOT required: Previous experience with instructional documentation writing
Responsibilities:
Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the products and the documentation requirements Create/update internal and external documentation to assist users with Cybernetics' products Audit existing documentation to ensure information is up to date and accurate Monday-Friday 9:00AM - 6:00PM Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer -
