Our Regulatory and Compliance team is looking for a detail-oriented compliance professional to manage wireless and consumer electronics certification projects end to end - from early development through worldwide launch. You'll coordinate closely with engineering, legal, and regional teams, and with external test labs and government agencies, to keep our products compliant and on schedule. This role rewards strong communication, and documentation skills as much as technical curiosity. Description The candidate will work with Apple's international and regional teams to ensure our products meet worldwide safety and wireless compliance standards, supporting the timely deployment of new products and technologies. The primary focus is US and Canada wireless certifications. This role partners closely with hardware engineering, and regional compliance teams.","responsibilities":"Responsible for supporting the product cycle from start to finish from regulatory compliance. Determine relevant compliance requirements for wireless and consumer electronics products. Collaborate with internal hardware and software engineering teams. Work with external agencies and government regulatory authorities to verify testing requirements and support product test schedules. Coordinate certification projects with 3rd party test labs, managing samples and schedules Responsible for creating and writing various types of technical documentation, including preparing official documentation for government or regulatory bodies (FCC/ISED) Stay current on any changes to global agency approvals and testing procedures. Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in engineering Background in wireless technologies Knowledge of US regulatory requirements and standards Experience with coordinating projects at 3rd party test labs Experience with scripting/programming language like python, C, C++ is a plus Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree 3 years of regulatory compliance experience Ability to build effective working relationships with other engineers and cross-functional partners Excellent communication and documentation skills Experience managing, organizing, and driving deliverables of complex projects with tight timelines Pay & Benefits At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $150,400 and $277,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
