4-8 Years A growing environmental consulting firm is seeking a Senior Project Professional to support its Integrated Due Diligence practice. This role is ideal for an environmental consultant with experience in Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) who is looking to expand their exposure to corporate transactions, acquisitions, and environmental risk management. The successful candidate will work closely with clients, project managers, and transaction teams to evaluate environmental liabilities and provide actionable recommendations that support real estate and M&A decisions. Responsibilities Manage Environmental Site Assessments (Phase I ESAs) and environmental due diligence projects Support environmental reviews associated with mergers, acquisitions, and corporate transactions Coordinate site investigations, data reviews, and regulatory research Prepare technical reports, findings, and risk evaluations for clients Review environmental compliance information and identify potential liabilities Communicate with clients, legal teams, lenders, and other stakeholders throughout the due diligence process Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables Support proposal preparation and client relationship development Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver timely and high-quality project outcomes Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Geology, Engineering, or a related field 4-8 years of environmental consulting experience Strong experience conducting Phase I Environmental Site Assessments Familiarity with environmental due diligence and transaction support projects Understanding of environmental regulations and liability evaluation Strong technical writing and report preparation skills Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Excellent communication and client-facing abilities Experience supporting M&A transactions is a plus Benefits Competitive compensation and bonus potential Hybrid work flexibility Exposure to both traditional environmental consulting and corporate transaction work Opportunity to work with national clients and complex projects Professional development and advancement opportunities Comprehensive health, retirement, and PTO benefits Why Consider This Opportunity?
