We specialize in damages related to water, fire, smoke, mold, and vandalism. We are a direct repair vendor for many insurance carriers and we service San Joaquin County and surrounding areas. We have a 24-hour emergency service department handling water mitigation, smoke/fire mitigation, temporary shoring/fencing/power, Contents, and board-up services. Our Emergency Service Department is seeking an individual with excellent customer service skills and ready for a long term commitment. We are looking for an honest, responsible, and reliable individual who can handle the work load of a busy Emergency Service Department. Minimal Responsibilities and Duties Strong organizational skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to perform physical tasks that also require the lifting/positioning of heavy equipment Able to work 40+ hours and/or weekends Knowledge of construction is helpful Respond to properties that have sustained damages from water, smoke, wind, and fire Install mitigation equipment to reduce liability Keep open lines of communicate with office and all other parties involved Maintain the high quality and standards of the department Strengthen the company's image with each customer and their insurance carrier. Qualifications Must have a valid driver's license Must be eligible to work in the United State IICRC qualification is not required, but highly recommended.
