We specialize in residential and commercial fire, water, and disaster restoration. We are looking for an experienced Restoration Crew Chief / Crew Lead to take ownership of jobs in the field, lead technicians, and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to industry standards. What You'll Do Lead and manage restoration crews on job sites from start to completion Perform and oversee water mitigation, fire restoration, demolition, and related restoration work Set up, monitor, and adjust drying equipment based on job conditions Monitor moisture levels and maintain accurate drying documentation Train, direct, and mentor restoration technicians Enforce company safety procedures and IICRC standards Communicate professionally with customers, management, adjusters, and other project personnel Complete daily job documentation, including moisture logs, photos, notes, and reports Maintain job-site cleanliness, organization, and professionalism Ensure trucks are properly loaded with equipment and materials Identify additional work or potential issues and communicate them to management Help ensure jobs are completed efficiently, correctly, and on schedule What We're Looking For IICRC WRT or FSRT certification required ASD and/or AMRT certification preferred 2+ years of restoration experience Previous crew lead or supervisory experience preferred Strong understanding of water mitigation, structural drying, demolition, and fire restoration Valid driver's license required Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, basements, and other tight or physically demanding environments Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT medical card (we will help you get certified) Physical Requirements Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 100 lbs.
