Essential Duties:

Prepare and perform packaging as required by customer, contract, carrier and in-house specifications. Identify and package completed parts, per customer specifications. File paperwork in appropriate places. Inspect and check all paperwork for accuracy prior to shipping any parts. Mark all parts prior to final inspection. Work with various departments, especially scheduling, to communicate schedule requirements for on-time shipment. Coordinate with packagers. Accurately scanning of job orders into the computer. Work in customer portals to ship items as required by contract and customer requirements. Examine contents and compare with records, such as invoices, to verify accuracy of outgoing shipments. Identify and mark completed parts per customer specifications. $18.50 per hour
