Job Overview & Role Description We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Inspections Coordinator to join our team. The Inspection Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. This role is responsible for scheduling, organizing, and tracking inspections for elevators, escalators, and moving walkways, ensuring compliance with local codes, safety standards, and company policies. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with internal technicians and external inspectors, updating inspection calendars, maintaining accurate documentation, and preparing reports for management review. The Inspection Coordinator will communicate with customers to confirm appointments, address inspection-related inquiries, and provide clear updates on status and any follow-up actions required. The role also involves monitoring quality-related issues identified during inspections, supporting corrective action processes, and contributing to continuous improvement of inspection workflows. Qualifications Quality Control and Quality Assurance skills to monitor inspection outcomes and support corrective actions. Inspection experience, including familiarity with safety standards, regulatory requirements, or technical review processes. Strong Communication skills for coordinating with inspectors, technicians, and customers, both verbally and in writing. Customer Service skills to manage appointments, respond to inquiries, and maintain positive client relationships. Ability to work on-site in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex and manage multiple inspections and deadlines simultaneously. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills for maintaining accurate records and documentation. Proficiency with office software and scheduling tools; experience with industry-specific systems is a plus. Previous experience in facilities, construction, mechanical services, or elevator/escalator industry preferred but not required. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical training or certification in a related field is beneficial.
Pay:
$20.00 - $26.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
