Part-Time BD Specialist (U.S. Study Abroad Division) CanGoChina Irvine, CA Job Details Part-time $1,500 - $3,000 a month 12 hours ago Qualifications Lead generation English Bachelor's degree Managing sales clients Market development strategies Full Job Description 美国东部地区兼职 BD（Business Development） 工作地点： 美国东部地区 职位性质： Part-Time 薪资： USD $18-25/hour 工作时间： 每周约 10-20 小时，原则上每周不超过 20 小时；具体工作时间根据业务需求及双方安排确定。 岗位职责 1. 负责美国东部地区合作机构的开发、维护及长期关系管理，持续拓展当地合作资源； 2. 根据合作机构及学生需求，匹配合适的院校及项目，并提供项目咨询及专业支持； 3. 通过行业资讯推送、电话沟通、线上会议、社交媒体、实地拜访等方式，积极推广公司项目，持续维护机构关系并挖掘潜在生源； 4. 负责合作机构的日常沟通、项目更新及市场信息反馈，及时了解当地留学市场动态及机构需求； 5. 积极参与公司组织的各类招生活动，包括行业分享会、机构专场培训、教育展、院校活动及其他市场推广活动； 6. 协助推动合作机构完成学生申请、录取及入读转化，并完成公司制定的年度业务及生源指标； 7. 定期汇报市场开发及机构维护情况，收集并反馈当地市场及竞争信息； 8. 完成直属上级安排的其他相关工作。 任职要求 1. 英语流利，具备良好的英文口语及书面沟通能力，能够独立与美国当地合作机构进行商务沟通； 2. 本科及以上学历； 3. 具有 3年以上留学咨询、国际教育、招生、教育机构 BD 或相关行业工作经验； 4. 熟悉美国及国际教育市场，对美国留学及院校项目具有一定了解； 5. 具有较强的商务拓展、客户维护及销售能力，能够独立开发和维护合作机构； 6. 沟通能力强，具备良好的客户服务意识及商务谈判能力； 7. 具备较强的逻辑思维、问题解决及市场分析能力； 8. 具有较强的目标意识和执行力，能够适应以业绩及结果为导向的工作模式； 9. 能够接受一定程度的工作压力，并根据业务需求灵活安排工作时间； 10. 具有良好的职业操守、责任心及团队合作精神。 11. 具有美国当地留学、教育、招生或相关行业资源者优先； 12. 熟悉美国东部地区教育市场及当地教育机构资源者优先；
