Job Description:
Counsel•Legal Services State of Connecticut Judicial Branch Hartford The State of Connecticut Judicial Branch, Legal Services Unit located in Hartford is seeking a qualified attorney to, among other duties and responsibilities, provide expert advice and recommendations to the Branch on a wide variety of legal and policy issues; represent the Branch in court and before administrative agencies; and draft and review complex contracts, inter-agency agreements, policies, legislative proposals and various other legal documents. Experience in healthcare law related to HIPAA compliance and/or Medicaid billing is preferred but not required.
Salary Range:
$92,348•$168,574/year plus State of Connecticut benefits. New employees begin at the minimum. The starting salary for existing state employees may be higher than the minimum, in accordance with existing Judicial Branch policy. EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING
General Experience:
