Supervisor of Elections has the following duties and responsibilities: Inform the Student Body of the positions available Announce the petitioning period Receive nominating petitions Announce the names of all nominated candidates following the completion of the petitioning period Create the ballots on NCFConnect Publicize the polling location and time Ensure all information is virtually accessible where the positions and candidates are listed in an order identical to that of the official ballot This position is appointed by the President and shall not be a candidate for any office elected during that election.
