Wilner & O'Reilly, APLC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Law Clerk to join our growing immigration law team. This is an excellent opportunity for a current law student or recent law school graduate interested in gaining hands-on experience in a client-focused legal environment. As a Law Clerk, you will work closely with Attorneys to support a variety of immigration matters. This position offers meaningful exposure to case strategy, legal research, drafting, and client interaction across multiple areas of immigration law. Responsibilities Conduct legal research and analyze immigration-related issues

Draft motions, declarations, memoranda, and supporting legal documents Qualifications Currently enrolled in an accredited law school or recent law school graduate Strong research, writing, and analytical skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment Professional communication and interpersonal skills Prior immigration law experience is preferred, but not required
