Position Overview:

Requirements:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Active membership in the California State Bar in good standing. At least 2 years of business litigation and construction experience . Experience in the courtroom and taking depositions; trial experience, a plus. Strong legal research and writing skills, with attention to detail. Exceptional communication and advocacy skills, both verbal and written. Ability to manage a caseload independently, while also working collaboratively with team members. Client-focused mindset and a passion for achieving successful outcomes.
