As a Post Bar Law Clerk, you will be assisting attorneys with case preparation, legal research, document management, and client communication. This role is for recent law school graduates. Duties Conduct comprehensive legal research to support ongoing cases across various practice areas Assist attorneys with drafting legal documents including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, contracts, and correspondence with attention to detail and accuracy Support project management efforts by tracking case deadlines, court filings, and client communications to ensure timely progression of cases Handle client communication professionally via phone and email, providing updates and gathering necessary information for case development Qualifications Recent law school graduate or individual who has passed the bar exam (Post Bar status) with relevant paralegal or legal support experience preferred Strong knowledge or interest in civil and business litigation support and general & commercial litigation practices, real estate, transactional law, construction defect, or employment law.
