Your primary responsibilities will involve assisting with legal case management, document management, and communication with administrative hearing offices & Social Security Administration. Duties
  • Support attorneys in preparing legal documents
  • Manage and organize case files
  • Client intakes
  • Communicate with medical professionals, clients & Social Security Administration
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to ethical standards
  • Answer phones professionally and handle inquiries with proper phone etiquette Experience
  • Prior experience working in a law office or legal environment is preferred
  • Proven writing skills, medical terminology helpful
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for this role
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a bonus!
