•About the Role Holzman Law PLLC is seeking an experienced Debt Collector (Payment Solutions Representative) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2+ years of debt collection experience (law firm background preferred) and strong communication, negotiation, and compliance skills. You'll play a key role in helping clients recover outstanding debts while upholding professionalism, legal standards, and our firm's reputation. Our success comes from hard work, intensive training, and a deep commitment to client service. What You'll Do Contact individuals to collect outstanding debts. Negotiate payment plans and settlements. Maintain accurate records of communications and agreements. Ensure compliance with FDCPA and other regulations. Use skip-tracing tools and databases to locate debtors. Identify assets for garnishment and execution. Provide excellent customer service while resolving debts. Collaborate with management and keep them updated on progress. Participate in training to stay current on debt collection practices. What We're Looking For 5+ years' experience as a debt collector (law firm experience a plus). Strong skip-tracing, investigative, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Adobe); CLS a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Details & Benefits Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM | In-Person 100%
