Case Coordinator About the Role The Case Coordinator keeps legal cases organized by establishing and maintaining files, monitoring calendars, meeting deadlines, documenting actions, inputting information into databases and case management systems, and confirming case statuses with attorneys. This position supports multiple attorneys, paralegals, and legal secretaries in a fast-paced, high-volume law firm. Ideal Candidate You may come from a background in a law office, healthcare, insurance, or a call center with a strong focus on customer experience and problem resolution. Entry-level candidates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
