Qualified candidates should possess 2+ years of law firm conflicts or new business intake experience, strong analytical and research skills, exceptional attention to detail, proficiency with conflicts management systems such as Intapp, and the ability to manage confidential information in a fast-paced professional environment. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Conduct conflict-of-interest searches for all new clients, matters, and lateral hires. Review new business intake requests for accuracy and completeness. Research parties, affiliates, subsidiaries, and related entities to identify potential conflicts. Analyze conflict search results and escalate issues requiring legal or ethics review. Open approved client and matter records in the firm's intake and billing systems. Maintain and update the conflicts database with client, matter, and party information. Process supplemental conflict checks when new parties, experts, lenders, or entities are added to matters. Coordinate conflict waivers, ethical screens, and required approvals. Communicate with attorneys and staff regarding conflict clearance status and intake requirements. Support the firm's risk management and compliance efforts by ensuring all conflicts are cleared before work begins. The expected salary range for this position is $60,000 - $70,000 per year. The actual base salary offered may depend upon a variety of factors, including (without limitation) the applicant's qualifications, relevant experience and other certifications or professional licenses held. The anticipated salary range listed is just one component of CSG Law's total compensation and benefits package which includes (but is not limited to) discretionary bonuses; life, health, accident, and disability insurance; health savings accounts and flexible spending accounts; and a 401(k) plan.
