Ideal candidates should have at least three years of experience working in the corporate practice at a law firm with a significant restructuring practice (chapter 11 company side representations, chapter 11 secured creditor representations, out of court restructuring transactions, and/or capital solutions/liability management transactions), as well as significant drafting experience in court motion practice and/or credit documentation.
