Bricker Graydon's K-12 Education Law Fellowship is awarded to a law student who has professional experience as a human resource professional or K-12 school administrator who is eager to work closely with our attorneys as they provide practical legal advice to educational institutions across the state on topics such as: Employment Law Labor Law and Negotiations Board Governance Student Conduct Constitutional Issues Title IX and Civil Rights Public Records Law Open Meetings Law Ethics Laws Crisis Management Fellows are provided with summer employment and the opportunity for employment as an attorney upon graduation and successful admission to the bar. During their summer, Fellows are provided with training and assist with research, writing, and brainstorming to consider the best ways to help clients navigate their situations.
