As our firm continues its rapid growth, we are seeking a driven and ambitious Employment Litigation Associate Attorney with 1-7 years of experience to join our employment law division. What You'll Do This is a hands-on litigation role with significant responsibility and meaningful case involvement from day one. Associates at EFLL are expected to actively handle all phases of litigation, including: Drafting complaints and pleadings Propounding and responding to written discovery Taking and defending depositions Drafting and opposing motions, including dispositive motions Conducting legal research and writing Preparing cases for mediation, arbitration, and trial Working directly with clients and witnesses Assisting with trial strategy and courtroom preparation You will work closely with experienced trial attorneys on high-value single-plaintiff, representative, and class action matters.
