We are trial lawyers, litigators, and advocates who fight for workers in high-stakes employment disputes throughout California. Over the past several years, our team has recovered dozens of multiple six-figure and seven-figure results on behalf of employees in cases involving discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wrongful termination, wage and hour violations, PAGA, and class actions. Our attorneys litigate aggressively and prepare every case as if it is going to trial. As our firm continues its rapid growth, we are seeking a driven and ambitious Employment Litigation Associate Attorney with 1-7 years of experience to join our employment law division. What You'll Do This is a hands-on litigation role with significant responsibility and meaningful case involvement from day one. Associates at EFLL are expected to actively handle all phases of litigation, including: Drafting complaints and pleadings Propounding and responding to written discovery Taking and defending depositions Drafting and opposing motions, including dispositive motions Conducting legal research and writing Preparing cases for mediation, arbitration, and trial Working directly with clients and witnesses Assisting with trial strategy and courtroom preparation You will work closely with experienced trial attorneys on high-value single-plaintiff, representative, and class action matters.
