Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Immigration Associate Attorney who is passionate about immigration law and truly enjoys the work. This is a fast-paced, high-volume role ideal for someone driven to make a meaningful impact on clients' lives. You will handle a variety of immigration matters, including: Asylum applications Review Removal proceedings Consular processing Naturalization and citizenship Key Responsibilities Represent clients before USCIS and Immigration Court (EOIR) Conduct Master Calendar Hearings and Individual Hearings Manage cases from intake through resolution Draft motions, pleadings, and legal briefs Conduct legal research and case analysis. Prepare clients for interviews and court appearances. Maintain communication with clients and opposing counsel. Ensure timely and accurate filings. Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff. Guide legal assistants, interns, and support staff. Participate in community outreach and legal education initiatives. Requirements (Must Have) Requirements (Must Have) Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree Active Bar license in good standing (in any US jurisdiction) 3-5 years of immigration law experience (REQUIRED) Experience handling EOIR and USCIS cases (REQUIRE D) Bilingual in Haitian Creole and English (REQUIRED) Strong knowledge of immigration law and procedures Excellent legal writing, research, and analytical skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems Preferred Qualifications Experience handling asylum and removal defense cases Courtroom experience What We're Looking For A professional who is passionate about immigration law Someone who takes ownership of their cases and clients.
