If you are an ambitious litigator looking to build a thriving family law practice without the brutal downtown Dallas commute, endless billable-hour pressure, or income instability of commission-only models, this role is built for you. We provide a guaranteed $105,000 base salary , complete healthcare coverage, a 4% 401(k) match, and a lucrative quarterly bonus structure designed to reward your production, not cap it. At Guest & Gray, you will manage a robust, locally based caseload in divorce, child custody, modification, and enforcement matters across Kaufman and Rockwall County courts. You will be fully supported by an experienced paralegal team, dedicated administrative staff, and sophisticated marketing systems that keep your calendar filled with quality clients. $105,000 guaranteed base salary with quarterly cash bonuses that scale up to 45% on collections as your billables increase.

Requirements:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and active license in good standing with the State Bar of Texas. 2+ years of direct experience handling Texas family law litigation (divorce, custody, SAPCR, modifications). First-chair courtroom confidence for hearings, temporary orders, and trials. Strong client management skills and a commitment to high-touch legal representation.

$105,000.00 - $351,650.00 per year
