Location:
San Jose, CA — Hybrid. We value flexibility while maintaining a collaborative, in-person connection with our Bay Area team. This role is not 100% remote, and candidates must already be working in the Bay Area.

Active California Bar membership and 3+ years of directly relevant family law experience are required. Candidates must be Bay Area based; relocation assistance is not available. Confidential Employer. Job Description Manage sophisticated family law matters from inception through resolution. Draft and argue Requests for Orders, responsive pleadings, and other litigation documents. Develop discovery strategy and draft and respond to discovery demands. Conduct advanced legal research and prepare persuasive briefs and motions. Draft prenuptial and postnuptial agreements and complex marital settlement agreements. Prepare judgments and other documents necessary to bring matters to resolution. Collaborate with senior attorneys on trial strategy and actively participate in trial proceedings. Appear independently at hearings, status conferences, and other court proceedings. Maintain strong relationships with clients and opposing counsel while serving as a trusted point of contact. Handle high-asset, high-conflict, and procedurally complex family law matters. Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school. Active California State Bar license in good standing. 3+ years of directly relevant family law experience. Strong legal research, writing, analytical, negotiation, and advocacy skills. Experience independently handling family law hearings, RFOs, status conferences, or similar proceedings. Excellent client communication and case-management skills. Ability to manage multiple deadlines, competing priorities, and complex matters with sound professional judgment. Bay Area residency and ability to work in a hybrid environment.
