Aeschleman Law, PC is looking to hire a senior family law associate attorney with a minimum of 4 years of family law experience to join our family law team. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional legal services to our clients while also maintaining a small close-knit law firm that support work/life balance. The attorney hired for the position must be confident in representing clients from the inception of a case through its conclusion, including strategizing, making court appearances, handling client management, drafting pleadings and discovery, communicating with opposing counsel and experts, and other necessary case-related tasks.Job Requirements:
Applicants for this position must have :- 4 years of experience as a family law litigator which includes: representation of clients in court and ADT motion drafting legal research drafting, reviewing, and responding to discovery - A strong understanding of the Code of Civil Procedure is required managing cases from beginning to end
- Active membership with the State Bar of California with no history of disciplinary action
- Excellent writing skills (we request a writing sample as part of the application process)
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Remarkable attention to detail
- Professional drive to provide the best possible services to our clients
- Confidence to work individually and as part of a team
- Friendly, positive attitude with excellent communication skills Additional qualifications that we welcome in our candidates include :
