This opportunity is ideal for a 2L, 3L, or recent J.D. graduate who is passionate about immigration law and ready to gain hands-on experience in a rewarding practice area. You will work alongside experienced attorneys in a supportive environment where questions are encouraged, collaboration is valued, and your work truly matters. What You'll Do Conduct legal research and prepare clear, well-written memoranda. Draft briefs, declarations, motions, and supporting documents for immigration matters. Review case files, evidence, and pleadings to help develop legal strategies. Analyze complex factual scenarios and apply relevant legal principles. Collaborate with attorneys and legal teams on cases that directly affect individuals and families. Gain meaningful exposure to different areas of immigration law. Who You Are A current 2L or 3L, or a recent J.D. graduate. Genuinely interested in immigration law and helping people. A clear, confident writer with strong research and analytical skills. Organized, dependable, and able to balance competing deadlines. Comfortable working independently while still being a collaborative teammate. Curious, coachable, and ready to learn.
