Compensation Annual Salary:
$93,768
  • $118,536 (based on years of experience) Lateral hires are placed at the step equivalent to their qualified years of service of qualified service.

Minimum Qualifications Required:
Colorado POST Basic Certification or Provisional Certification (or ability to obtain prior to hire) Minimum of one (1) year of full-time law enforcement experience Successful completion of a field training program Valid driver's license (or ability to obtain a Colorado license) Must be at least 21 years of age at time of hire
Education:
High school diploma or GED 60 semester hours of college credit (Waiver available with agreement to complete within five years; tuition assistance provided) Out-of-state candidates are encouraged to apply.
