Percentage of time spent performing essential functions may vary across positions. Percent of Job Attend and successfully complete all required courses at the Basic Law Enforcement Academy. 20% Participate in physical training sessions designed to enhance fitness, agility, and overall preparedness for law enforcement duties. 20% Develop a comprehensive understanding of police procedures, laws, and regulations. 20% Engage in practical exercises and simulations to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of law enforcement. 20% Complete written exams, practical assessments, and physical fitness tests to demonstrate proficiency and readiness for field duties. 20% Performs other duties as assigned.
