Requirements:
Be a citizen of the United States Be at least 21 years of age by the date of hire Possess a valid state-issued driver's license Have a high school diploma or equivalent POST (Peace Officer Standards and Training) Certification (This is a requirement of employment for this position, and the City of Twin Falls provides opportunities to complete this step after you're hired) Strong written and oral communication skills Proficient reading comprehension Emotional intelligence Problem-solving ability Successful completion of testing requirements Ability to function independently on a day-to-day basis Community-minded with a service orientation
