As a Bylaw Enforcement Officer, you will enforce municipal bylaws and regulations. You will investigate complaints, issue warnings and citations, and educate the public on bylaw compliance.
Responsibilities:
Investigate complaints regarding bylaw violations. Issue warnings and citations for non-compliance. Educate the public about municipal bylaws and regulations. Prepare reports and maintain records of enforcement activities. Attend court hearings as required. Requirements Diploma or degree in Law Enforcement, Criminology, or related field. Experience in bylaw enforcement or related areas. Knowledge of municipal bylaws and regulations. Strong communication and conflict resolution skills. Ability to work independently and handle stressful situations.
