This position will work on a variety of employment-related legal and compliance matters as part of the Legal team. The position will consult regularly with various teammates and internal stakeholders.

Areas of responsibility include:

employment-related legal research, assisting with employee relations matters (including investigations and dispute resolution), third-party services contracts and various aspects of compliance with federal, state or local employment laws. Internship Details:

The internship will begin January 11, 2027. This internship is based in our Conway, Arkansas office, and interns are expected to work onsite at least 3 days per week. Interns will work approximately 20-25 hours per week during the school year, with the opportunity to work up to 40 hours per week during academic breaks. Anticipated graduation date of May 2027 or December 2027. Applicants for this internship position with Acxiom in the U.S. must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States and with Acxiom (i.e., H-1B visa, F-1 visa [CPT/OPT], TN visa, or any other non-immigrant status). Working within the Legal team, you may: Prepare information for use in advice on legal matters Assist with review and analysis of employee relations matters for advice to management Assisting in the investigation and resolution of employee relations complaints Reviewing and analyzing various third-party services contracts Reviewing and analyzing employment law aspects of proposed client contracts Analysis of various employment-related compliance matters, including responses to regulators Assist with dispute resolution, litigation management and document production Do you have?
