J24KLDA(9326)-1 Litigation Defense Attorney We are actively seeking a Litigation Defense Attorney with at least 2 years of experience to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to develop within a supportive, team-oriented environment while gaining hands-on litigation experience. Responsibilities Manage civil litigation cases from initial filing through trial preparation Draft and argue motions, including dispositive motions Conduct and defend depositions Handle written discovery and case strategy development Attend court appearances and hearings Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal team members Qualifications 2+ years of litigation experience Experience in insurance defense is a plus Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively Licensed and in good standing in the applicable state Why Join This Firm?
