Family Law Attorney | Ogden, UT Our well-established & highly regarded law firm is ready to hire a family law attorney. We are in search of a candidate who has a solid understanding of the litigation process and a desire to further their career. What You Will Do:
Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in family law cases, including divorce, child custody, and spousal support. Manage and maintain a caseload, ensuring timely and effective resolution of cases. Conduct legal research, prepare documents, and negotiate settlements. Represent clients in family court proceedings, hearings, and mediations. Maintain open communication with clients, providing updates on case progress.
What We Are Looking For:
1-3 years of experience in family law Self-starter and a team player. Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Excellent Drafting skills.
