Trusts & Estates Attorney — Confidential Opportunity An established Arizona law firm is seeking an attorney to join its trusts and estates practice. This is a confidential search for a full-time attorney who is interested in building a long-term career with a collaborative, client-focused firm. This role offers a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial attorney who wants the autonomy to build and grow a practice without having to build a law firm from the ground up. You will have meaningful ownership over developing client relationships, expanding your practice, and shaping your professional growth, while benefiting from the infrastructure, established systems, experienced staff, resources, and support of a successful firm. It is an opportunity to operate with much of the independence of building your own practice while having a strong team behind you to help you grow and succeed. Responsibilities will include meeting with clients and prospective clients, preparing and reviewing estate planning documents, assisting with the implementation of estate plans, and communicating with clients throughout the planning process. We are looking for someone who is a strong team player, highly organized, able to work independently, and comfortable communicating directly with clients. The firm provides ample training and ongoing professional development and support.
Qualifications Ideal candidates will have:
J.D. degree from an ABA-accredited law school; Active Arizona Bar membership and good standing; 2+ years of attorney experience; Strong written and verbal communication skills; Excellent drafting, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills; A collaborative and professional approach to working with attorneys, staff, and clients; and A strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
