We are looking for a litigation attorney to join a Scottsdale, Arizona practice handling property subrogation matters and sophisticated fire-loss disputes across the western United States. This role is well suited for a lawyer who wants hands-on involvement in complex civil cases and the opportunity to build courtroom experience early. The position offers a collaborative, trial-oriented setting for an attorney who brings strong legal writing, sound judgment, and a disciplined approach to case management.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in property subrogation and fire-loss litigation matters from initial case assessment through resolution.
• Prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal filings with a strong focus on persuasive written advocacy.
• Manage discovery activities, including drafting requests, reviewing productions, and coordinating responses in complex civil cases.
• Analyze technical records, expert findings, and case evidence to develop litigation strategy and support damages claims.
• Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and courtroom proceedings while gaining meaningful litigation exposure.
• Work closely with colleagues, experts, and clients to advance case objectives and maintain progress across multiple active matters.
• Handle product liability, construction defect, premises liability, insurance, and general liability issues as they arise within broader litigation assignments.
