Job Description Attorney (Workers' Compensation Defense) Job Summary Seeking a highly motivated and skilled Attorney specializing in Workers' Compensation Defense to join a dynamic and growing legal team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to represent clients in workers' compensation proceedings, collaborate with colleagues, and contribute to the success of a well-established law firm.
Compensation Package Salary Range:
$100,000.00 - $220,000.00 per year
Bonus Opportunities:
Multiple bonus opportunities available

Competitive benefits package, 401(k), paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc. Responsibilities Represent clients in workers' compensation proceedings Conduct legal research, analyze complex issues, and draft legal documents Attend hearings and depositions Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients Effectively manage time and adhere to firm procedures Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues Qualifications/Requirements Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school Active membership in the California State Bar (required) Proven ability to identify and analyze complex legal issues and devise effective solutions Proactive, client-centered, and tech-savvy approach to legal practice Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Superior organizational, multitasking, and prioritization abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills #LI-ET1
