Job Overview We are seeking an organized, proactive, and client-focused Personal Injury Case Manager to join our growing law firm. In this role, you will manage personal injury cases from intake through settlement, maintain regular communication with clients, coordinate medical treatment and records, and help ensure each case progresses efficiently. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing a high-volume caseload, communicating with clients who may be dealing with difficult circumstances, working within a case management system, and coordinating with attorneys, medical providers, insurance companies, and other parties involved in a personal injury claim. Responsibilities Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through settlement. Maintain consistent communication with clients and provide updates regarding case status, treatment, and next steps. Assist clients with coordinating medical treatment and obtaining necessary documentation. Request, track, and organize medical records, bills, police reports, insurance information, and other case-related documents. Communicate with medical providers, insurance adjusters, lienholders, and other third parties. Monitor clients' medical treatment and follow up regarding appointments, treatment gaps, and discharge status. Maintain accurate and detailed case notes, tasks, documents, and status updates within the firm's case management system. Assist attorneys with preparing cases for demand, negotiation, settlement, or litigation. Track important deadlines and ensure required follow-up is completed in a timely manner. Assist with gathering insurance coverage information, property damage documentation, wage loss information, and other damages-related evidence. Provide excellent client service while helping move cases efficiently through the firm's workflow. Collaborate with attorneys, legal assistants, intake staff, settlement staff, and other team members. Skills & Qualifications Previous experience in personal injury, plaintiff-side litigation, or a law firm environment is strongly preferred. Experience managing personal injury cases or a high-volume caseload is highly desirable. Strong client communication and customer service skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple cases, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously. Comfortable communicating by phone, email, and text with clients and outside parties. Experience using legal case management or CRM software; experience with Filevine or similar platforms is a plus. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and general computer applications. Ability to learn new technology and workflows quickly. Knowledge of medical terminology, insurance claims, bodily injury claims, liens, and personal injury case processes is a plus. Bilingual English/Spanish abilities are a plus. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Pay:

$26.00 - $34.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
