Paradigm Legacy Planning is a boutique estate and legacy planning firm in Beverly Hills serving individuals, families, business owners, and professionals. We are looking for a smart, motivated, highly organized Legal Intern who wants to learn how a modern law practice actually works—from legal research and client matters to technology, AI, and marketing. This is not an internship where you'll spend your time making copies and getting coffee. You'll work alongside our team and gain meaningful exposure to estate planning, trusts, probate, client management, and the business side of running and growing a law firm. What You'll Do Assist with legal research and preparation of estate-planning and related documents Help organize and maintain client files and case information Assist attorneys and staff with ongoing client matters Learn about trusts, wills, powers of attorney, probate, trust administration, and legacy planning Help prepare educational and client-facing materials Assist with seminars, webinars, professional events, and community outreach Use AI and technology tools to improve research, organization, communication, and firm efficiency Assist with social media, marketing, and educational content when appropriate Participate in a fast-moving office where every family's situation is different Who We're Looking For You may be a great fit if you are: Currently attending law school, college, or a recent graduate considering law school Intelligent, resourceful, and genuinely curious Extremely detail-oriented and organized A strong writer and communicator Professional and comfortable interacting with clients Able to manage multiple projects without losing track of details Comfortable with technology and interested in learning how AI is changing the practice of law Interested in estate planning, trusts, probate, business, marketing, or entrepreneurship Positive, dependable, and willing to jump in wherever needed Prior estate-planning experience is NOT required. We care much more about intelligence, judgment, initiative, attention to detail, and willingness to learn. Why This Internship Is Different You'll get a behind-the-scenes look at both the practice and business of law . In addition to learning substantive estate-planning concepts, you'll see how attorneys build lasting client relationships, develop professional referral networks, educate the community, market a sophisticated legal practice, and use emerging technology to work more effectively. For someone considering a legal career, this is an opportunity to gain practical experience that goes well beyond what you learn in a classroom.
