Job Description

I am partnered with a firm that is seeking an experienced trial attorney for their growing personal injury/elder law practice. Attorneys with strong leadership skills that enjoy being in the courtroom are encouraged to apply.

Background:

Lead strategy/development, and execution of complex cases from inception through verdict Serve as lead trial counsel and supervise associates and team members Conduct and oversee all aspects of discovery Draft, review and edit high-quality pleadings, motions and memoranda Lead mediations and settlement negotiations Provide leadership in trial preparation, trial execution and post-trial briefings
