PM Job Description:
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree Minimum of 4 years of relevant labor relations experience Proficiency with web-based databases and Microsoft Office suite, including
Excel and PowerPoint Required Experience:
Grievance management from intake through resolution. Experience working directly with unions. Conducting Step 1 and Step 2 grievance meetings. Labor contract administration. Knowledge of union grievance procedures and processes.
Preferred:
Arbitration experience. Ability to work independently and manage complex employee relations matters.

Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills Strong administrative skills, including attention to detail and organization Ability to manage high-volume and time-sensitive workload Ability to handle extremely sensitive and confidential information with discretion Experience drafting, negotiating, and working with union contracts Ability to work independently with legal, business, and HR teams
Responsibilities:
Advise internal clients, including management and human resources, regarding union contract compliance for bargaining units and/or assigned topics Advise internal clients regarding discipline of union employees, including just cause standards, as applicable, investigations, and rights to union representation Responsible for handling union grievances through arbitration phase as assigned Serves as the initial point of contact for union inquiries and concerns; triage issues, conduct research, provide responses, facilitate labor-management meetings Support and execute union contract administration Support collective bargaining, including preparation, research, contract implementation, and drafting as assigned Provide training to HR and managers on assigned topics Provide additional support to Labor & Employment department as needed

$33.81 - $40.00 per hour
