This role offers an opportunity to oversee attorneys and support staff while managing a caseload of complex injury matters, including catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and other high-value claims. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a client-first mindset, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record of successfully resolving personal injury cases prior to litigation. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee a team of case managers and legal professionals. Handle a substantial pre-litigation personal injury caseload. Provide exceptional, compassionate client service throughout the life of each case. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient case progression and resolution. Maintain regular communication with clients regarding case strategy, treatment progress, and next steps. Analyze liability, coverage, and damages to maximize settlement opportunities. Mentor and support team members while ensuring adherence to best practices and firm standards. Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and opposing parties. Qualifications Active license and good standing with the California State Bar. Minimum of 2 years of personal injury experience, preferably in pre-litigation. Demonstrated experience settling personal injury cases. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to supervise, mentor, and develop legal support staff. Excellent case management and organizational abilities. Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus but not required. Compensation Competitive base salary commensurate with experience.
