Civil Litigation Attorney FAF Group inc Chino, CA Job Details Part-time | Full-time | Contract From $120,000 a year 1 day ago Qualifications Bar Full Job Description We are seeking an experienced California BAR licensed attorney to join us as a long-term Of Counsel / Contract Attorney . Responsibilities Handle civil litigation matters from pre-litigation through trial when necessary Shipping, Logistics, in the transportation Laws Draft and review legal documents, pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements Represent the company in commercial disputes, contract disputes, collections, and other civil matters Provide legal advice on business operations and risk management Work closely with company management on ongoing legal matters Qualifications Active member in good standing with the California State Bar Minimum 3 years of civil litigation experience (preferred) Strong knowledge of California civil procedure Excellent legal research, writing, negotiation, and communication skills Experience with transportation, trucking, logistics, or commercial litigation is a plus Employment Type Contract Of Counsel Full-Time (Negotiable) Compensation Competitive compensation based on experience and qualifications.
