Position:

Associate Attorney A top 200 leading law firm in Concord, California, specializing in corporate and business law. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Associate Attorney to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents for clients
• Advise clients on legal matters and provide strategic legal advice
• Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations
• Assist with drafting and negotiating contracts and agreements
• Prepare and review legal documents, such as contracts, pleadings, and briefs
• Maintain and update client files and documents
• Attend client meetings and assist with client communications
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to provide comprehensive legal services
• Keep up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations that may affect clients
• Handle multiple cases and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admitted to the State Bar of California
• 2-3 years of experience in a law firm, preferably in corporate or business law
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Strong work ethic and ability to handle a high volume of work
• Proficiency in legal research tools and software
• Knowledge of California laws and regulations
