Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Family Law Attorney to join our dynamic fun legal team. In this role, you will provide expert legal counsel and representation to clients navigating complex family law matters, including divorce, child custody, visitation rights, and spousal support. Your energetic approach and commitment to advocacy will help clients achieve favorable outcomes while ensuring they feel supported throughout their legal journey. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in family law, exceptional client communication skills, and a proactive attitude to handle diverse cases with confidence and professionalism. We value attorneys who think strategically, communicate well, embrace technology, and want to continually improve. Duties
  • Manage an active family law caseload
  • Conduct hearings and trials
  • Draft pleadings and motions
  • Handle discovery
  • Conduct depositions when necessary
  • Negotiate settlements
  • Advise clients on litigation strategy
  • Collaborate on firm systems and procedures
  • Experience
  • Active California Bar License
  • Minimum 3+ years of family law experience
  • Strong courtroom skills
  • Excellent legal writing
  • Experience with custody, supoprt, property division, and domestic violence matters
  • Ability to independently manage files

Pay:
$115,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
