Type:
full-time Prominent international law firm is seeking a Senior Litigation Attorney to join their growing Professional Liability team in their Los Angeles office. The ideal candidate will have 4-15+ years of litigation experience. You will work closely with partners in representing professionals and companies involving legal malpractice and other types of professional liability claims. Experience in general civil litigation defense, employment, general liability, medical malpractice, or professional liability preferred. Prior professional liability experience is not required.
Qualifications:
Admitted to practice in the State of California 4-15+ years of experience Juris Doctorate Deposition and trial preparation experience Excellent written and oral communication skills
Responsibilities:
Regularly handle court appearances and depositions Independently manage or support caseload from inception through dispositive motion, mediation, negotiated resolution, or trial Communicate with clients Trial/Trial preparation Base Salary Range 165k-250k
