Job Description
PRE-LITIGATION ATTORNEY
- Irvine California PAY: $100K

WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Pre-Litigation Attorney, you will: Manage personal injury cases from intake through settlement
Conduct strategic case investigations involving liability and damages
Draft and review legal documents and demand packages
Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and opposing counsel
Build strong relationships with clients and guide them through the legal process
Collaborate closely with legal assistants, case managers, and litigation teams
Help maximize case value while delivering an exceptional client experience
Qualifications:
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Active attorney in good standing
2+ years of Plaintiff Personal Injury experience preferred
Strong understanding of California PI laws and procedures
Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
Proven ability to successfully manage a high-value caseload
Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative environment
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
