Associate - Civil Litigation Defense Established (35+ Years) Premier Firm Seeking Civil Litigation Defense Attorney for Civil Litigation Defense in Lake Forest, CA An established firm based in Lake Forest, CA with over 35 years in practice is seeking a Civil Litigation Defense Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join their team onsite. This Attorney will have experience with civil litigation defense , representing companies and municipalities in trial settings, drafting law and motion work, and advocating for clients across a diverse caseload.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in civil litigation defense Experience managing litigation cases from intake through resolution Graduate of an ABA-accredited law school Active bar license in the State of California Familiarity with a wide range of legal documents Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to build rapport with clients Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities:

Provide legal support to clients and assist partners Maintain client relationships Prepare legal reports and documents Take depositions Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients Advise clients on business and legal transactions Negotiate settlements for legal disputes Comply with all legal standards and regulations For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
