This Attorney will have experience with civil litigation defense, representing companies and municipalities in trial settings, drafting law and motion work, and advocating for clients across a diverse caseload.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in civil litigation defenseExperience managing litigation cases from intake through resolutionGraduate of an ABA-accredited law schoolActive bar license in the State of CaliforniaFamiliarity with a wide range of legal documentsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to build rapport with clientsExcellent written and verbal communication skills
