Job Description

We are seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney with 1-4 years of experience to join a growing litigation practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a California attorney looking to develop their litigation practice while working alongside experienced attorneys on a variety of matters. The Opportunity Assist with civil litigation matters from inception through resolution Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents Participate in discovery, including written discovery, document review, and deposition preparation Assist with depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation Work closely with experienced attorneys on case strategy and client matters Take increasing responsibility for assigned matters as experience develops Build strong litigation skills while working on meaningful client matters Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school Active California Bar membership 1-4 years of litigation experience Strong legal research and writing skills Excellent analytical and communication abilities Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing deadlines Motivated to build a long-term career in litigation Compensation & Benefits $130,000-$160,000 base salary 1,800 annual billable hour expectation Comprehensive benefits package Professional development and mentorship Long-term advancement opportunities Competitive bonus potential To learn more or to apply, reach out to dan.krieger@gogpac.com
