In Office M-F Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join our plaintiff-side personal injury practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling personal injury matters from case inception through resolution, with proven litigation experience and a commitment to achieving excellent results for clients. Key Responsibilities Manage a personal injury caseload from initial evaluation through settlement. Develop and execute effective case and litigation strategies. Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, discovery, correspondence, and other legal documents. Take and defend depositions and participate in hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and other litigation proceedings. Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers, opposing counsel, and other parties. Prepare cases for trial, including developing evidence, identifying witnesses, preparing exhibits, and coordinating litigation strategy. Maintain consistent and professional communication with clients regarding case status, strategy, and expectations. Ensure all cases are handled efficiently and in compliance with applicable California laws. Minimum Qualifications A minimum of 5 years of professional experience practicing plaintiff-side personal injury law. Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Active license and good standing with the State Bar of California. Substantial experience handling personal injury cases, including automobile accidents, premises liability, catastrophic injuries, wrongful death, and/or other plaintiff-side matters. Strong understanding of California personal injury law, civil procedure, and litigation practices. Excellent written, verbal, negotiation, and advocacy skills. Strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple cases and deadlines.
